Our recent trip to Fenor Park was a huge success, and it’s safe to say the children had an absolute ball from start to finish!
From the moment we arrived, there was a real sense of excitement in the air. The day was filled with laughter, energy, and wonderful opportunities for the children to spend time together outside the classroom. It was fantastic to see such positive team building in action, with pupils working together, encouraging one another, and forming even stronger friendships.
The children made the most of the beautiful surroundings, exploring the bog area with great curiosity and enthusiasm. This hands-on experience sparked lots of discussion and learning as they observed nature up close.
There was no shortage of activity throughout the day! The children took part in running races, showing great determination and sportsmanship, and enjoyed lively games of football and basketball. It was lovely to see everyone getting involved, staying active, and most importantly—having fun.
This special day was made possible thanks to the children’s fantastic efforts in winning the Skipaton money, along with their wonderful cake sale which helped to raise additional funds. We are incredibly proud of their initiative and teamwork.

Days like this are so valuable, giving children the chance to learn, play, and grow together in a different environment. We are very proud of how well they represented the school and how they supported one another throughout the day.
