Our Active Committee held an assembly for all classes as a warm up and to motivate everyone to keep moving for Active Week. They reminded us about the benefits of physical activity to our body and mind as well as leading us in a fun Active Week Countdown - completing activities to count us down. We started with 10 jumping Jacks and went all the way down to 1 deep breath and full body stretch. Well done and thank you to our fabulous Active Team!
