The Board of Management, staff, parents and pupils of Glór Ma Mara fully support our secretaries, Carmel and Martina as they engage in industrial action to obtain fair terms and conditions in their employment
Carmel and Martina play a vital role in the daily running of our school and deserve parity of conditions with all other staff.
This industrial action is having a significant impact on the running of our school from administration to the cancelling of sports and activities.
We are appealing to parents to contact their local TDs to express their dissatisfaction with the situation to minimise the disruption to their children's learning.
