Glór na Mara got cozy, put on our pyjamas and celebrated our love of reading on World Book Day.
The Library Committee hosted storytime events with junior infants, senior infants and 1st classes in our School Library.
Our 2nd classes explored lots of different books during a book tasting session.
3rd classes to 6th classes attended 'Meet the Author' sessions organised by Children's Books Ireland.
We also held a whole school DEAR (Drop Everything And Read) time.
Thanks so much to our fantastic Library Committee for all of their hard work and for their efforts in promoting reading for enjoyment across the school.
